Cooking
Mix both kinds of flour with sugar, salt. To separate half and mix with the yeast.
Stir with a mixture of 1 tbsp water and 1 tbsp dry milk mixture with the yeast and put the dough in a warm place to approach.
Add in the yeast mixture, the remaining water in the milk, the remaining flour and stir with a wooden spoon. Again put in a warm place to approach.
Butter to melt. Allow to cool to lukewarm.
In the dough add the eggs. Mix well. The last to enter the butter. Mix well.
In skillet, heat vegetable oil. You pour the shot. Bake pancakes in the usual way from both sides.
Similarly, bake the pancakes from the whole test.
