Cheese and grated Apple pie
Very soft inside and slightly crispy on the outside! Apple-cheese filling are the perfect complement to lemon-cinnamon flavor! I think this cake combines all my favorite flavors.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    300 g

  • Butter

    150 g

  • Sugar

    70 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Lemon peel

    1 piece

  • Cinnamon

    1 tsp

  • Coconut shavings

    1 Tbsp

  • Cheese

    400 g

  • Sour cream

    240 g

  • Sugar

    80 g

  • Apple

    3 piece

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Vanilla

    1 tsp

To prepare products to the test.

Sift the flour with the baking powder, mix with sugar, cinnamon, coconut, lemon zest. Add cinnamon and coconut to taste, but I love it.

Butter TM milieu cut into pieces, add to flour and quickly RUB with your hands into crumbs.

Next, prepare the filling: cottage cheese, sour cream, apples (better to use sweet and sour).

Spread 2/3 of the crumbs into shape.

Bake at 180 gr. 40-50 minutes until Golden brown, cool in the form, then remove.
