Mushroom soup with potatoes and pickles
The soup is simple but delicious and nutritious.

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

    200 g

  • Cucumber

    2 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Potatoes

    5 piece

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Greens

  • Sour cream

Cooking

A pot of meat broth 1.5 litres (or water) put it on the stove, put the broth chopped potatoes.

While the potato is cooking, in a frying pan fry the frozen porcini mushrooms.
