Cooking
The milk was heated and 100 ml was poured in the dishes.
Spread 1 teaspoon of dry yeast in the milk, added sugar and 50 g of wheat flour. Whisk connected and for 15 minutes put in a warm place. I'm making a brass locker for this quite a bit and put the dough in a dish in it.
