200 ml milk add a teaspoon of sugar, salt, half the flour mixed with yeast. Cover and leave in a warm place for 40 minutes.
I always use yeast dry yeast SAF-moment.
In approaching the dough add both oils, whipped with the remaining sugar to the yolks. Then the remaining milk, sour cream and flour. Mix well and let rest the dough again.
For pripek prunes and walnuts finely chop and pour the cognac. Allow to stand for 15 minutes.
In a pan put a spoonful of prunes and nuts. Pour the dough. Bake for approx 1 minute on each side.
