Cake with a light filling
The recipe for this cake I found in a cookbook, which has long been kept from me. I lover the different jam, loved it! A whipped protein mass from the top, like a soft blanket, covered pie.

Ingredients

  • Butter

    75 g

  • Brown sugar

    80 g

  • Yolk egg

    2 piece

  • Sour cream

    150 g

  • Cocoa powder

    5 g

  • Flour

    150 g

  • Salt

  • Cocoa powder

    1 g

  • Brown sugar

    10 g

  • Egg white

    2 piece

  • Jam

Butter to mix with sugar.

Add one yolk, mix well.

The flour with cocoa sift.

To the received mix add flour with cocoa, knead the dough.

Put the dough in the form, I have a form in diameter 24 see Bake, I have a gas oven 40 minutes at 180 degrees.

While baked cake, prepare the foam. To do this, whip the chilled whites to peaks. Then add the cocoa and sugar.
