The recipe for this cake I found in a cookbook, which has long been kept from me. I lover the different jam, loved it! A whipped protein mass from the top, like a soft blanket, covered pie.

Cooking
The products required.
Butter to mix with sugar.
Add sour cream, vanilla, salt.
The flour with cocoa sift.
To the received mix add flour with cocoa, knead the dough.
Put the dough in the form, I have a form in diameter 24 see Bake, I have a gas oven 40 minutes at 180 degrees.
While baked cake, prepare the foam. To do this, whip the chilled whites to peaks. Then add the cocoa and sugar.
Lubricate liberally with jam.
Top cover foam. Prepared cake dried in an oven: at 80-100 degrees for about 20 minutes.
