Christmas chocolate cake
Very flavorful and delicious recipe of chocolate cake with Christmas stars. On the website there are similar recipes, but my recipe is slightly different and I decided to put your option.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    305 g

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Butter

    385 g

  • Brown sugar

    270 g

  • Vanilla

    2 pack

  • Chicken egg

    7 piece

  • Milk

    75 ml

  • Cocoa powder

    45 g

  • Dark chocolate

    70 g

  • Cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Berry

  • Melissa

    0.5 sprig

Cooking

We're doing white cake from it then produce the stars. To butter at room temperature add the cane sugar.

Beat butter with sugar.

Add the eggs one by one beat.

Add vanilla and half the sifted flour, a pinch of salt, milk and whisk.

Add the remaining flour, the dough again to whisk or stir.

Put the dough in the cake pan, previously greased with vegetable oil and sprinkled with flour.

Bake in a preheated 170 degrees oven for 45-50 minutes until dry toothpick. The cake to cool in the form for 30 minutes, then remove from the mold.

Allow to cool completely and cut into thick slices.

From slices of white cake to cut out the stars with cutting for biscuit.

Upload the resulting asterisk in the freezer for 30 minutes.

For chocolate dough softened butter whipped with cane sugar. Add the eggs one by one, vanilla, then enter half the sifted flour with cocoa.

Then add milk, rest of flour with cocoa. The chocolate dough is ready.

Spread 1/3 of the chocolate batter in the cake pan.

Install a series of stars close to each other.

Carefully spread remaining dough on the sides and top.

Bake in a preheated 165 degrees in the oven for 45-50 minutes until dry toothpick. To give the cake to cool.

Melt the chocolate, add the cream, stir and pour the resulting icing cupcake. Decorate with berries and leaves of the lemon balm.
