Apple biscuit with cinnamon and poppy seeds
Delicious, fragrant shortbread pie. It's quick and easy.

Ingredients

  • Sour cream

    3 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Powdered sugar

    4 tsp

  • Cinnamon

    0.5 tsp

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Flour

    450 g

  • Apple

    5 piece

  • Semolina

    2 Tbsp

  • Mac

    2 tsp

Cooking

Separate the yolks from the whites. Only need the yolks.

In a Cup sift the flour, grate the butter or margarine. Grind into crumbs.

Add egg yolks, sour cream, baking powder, sugar.

Quickly knead the dough, wrap it in a package, put into the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes.

Apples, thinly slice.

Add to apples powdered sugar

Add poppy seeds and cinnamon. Mix well.

Roll the dough to a thickness of 1-1,5 see

Sprinkle with semolina and arrange the apples, stepping back from the edges about 1-1,5 see
