The meat season with salt and pepper and let stand for 10-15 minutes. Fry the steaks over high heat on both sides until Golden brown. Separately fry the onions, roughly chopped.
Roasted meat is put into a fireproof dish, sprinkle the fried onions, granulated garlic. Put 2-3 leaf Lavrushka and a few peas allspice. Fill with water to almost cover the meat. Simmer in the oven at a temperature of 180*C for about an hour.
