Description
Chicken hearts have a funky taste. Once went to visit one friend and he bought buckwheat with hearts. Here he decided to cook.

Cooking
Clean the chicken hearts (remove excess fat and tubes.) Sprinkle them with spices and salt and leave in the fridge until you fry the onion.
Peel the onion and fry it. Took the blue bow, the other hand was not. The onions were sweet, so salt it.
Pour the onions from the pan, and throw the heart.
The pan cover to heart poparilis. 15-20 min. drain the marinade - heart browned.
Pour the hearts into a bowl and mix with the onion. You can sprinkle with herbs. Or, as I put in a bowl with garnish.
