Another option for a quick Breakfast. The muffin turns out dense, rich, interspersed with pleasant nuts and dried apricots. Curd goes well with chocolate flavor. The cupcake is cooked in the microwave in just four minutes.

Cooking
Mix the dry ingredients, lightly beat egg with milk. Nuts chop with a knife, dried apricots chopped. Combine all ingredients. Supposed to be quite liquid dough.
Pour the batter into a tall Cup and bake in the microwave for 4 minutes at a power of 850 watts. Remove the finished cake from the Cup, cool slightly, cut into slices.
Prepare the filling: mix the cream cheese and honey into a homogeneous mass. Fold the circles of dough on each other, accurately their filling. Garnish with mint leaves, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
