Pancakes on the boiling water with Apple and cinnamon filling
Delicious and hearty pancakes from scratch.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    1.5 cup

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Milk

    1 cup

  • Water

    1 cup

  • Sugar

    8 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Butter

    40 g

  • Sunflower oil

    8 Tbsp

  • Cinnamon

    2 Tbsp

  • Apple

    2 piece

  • Leavening agent

    0.5 tsp

Mix eggs, sugar and salt.

Beat with a mixer for about 4-5 minutes until the eggs are not white.

Pour the boiling water (1 Cup) to the mixture continuing to mix. Then the milk. Then immediately add sifted through a sieve flour with baking powder. From boiling, the mixture is doubled.

After pour the flour, stir the mixture and add 2 tablespoons of sunflower oil. Stir again and allow to infuse for 10-15 minutes.

Meanwhile while the dough is brewing, prepare the filling. Cut apples with skin strips. In a pan melt the sink. the oil in it throw the apples and sprinkle remaining sugar. Stir. Simmer apples caramelized 4-5 minutes and stanytsia soft.

As the apples become soft, add the cinnamon. Stir, remove from heat and allow the apples to cool.

In a hot pan, bake our pancakes, every time greasing the pan with sunflower oil. In the center of each pancake put the Apple filling and turn the envelopes. Bon appétit!
