Pea cream soup with mozzarella
Useful soup made for dinner. Thought my boys would be outraged that no hot piece of meat. But no... was very happy! So I'm happy that he pleased. A light dinner...

Ingredients

  • Broth

    500 ml

  • Green peas

    400 g

  • Mozzarella

    200 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Dill

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

Ingredients for soup.

In the pot where we cook the soup, pour the oil. Chop the onion and fry five minutes in butter.

There also pour the peas and pour the broth. Cook for 10 minutes. Has cooled slightly and pour the soup into a blender. ( A pot of soup I put in a big water and they put ice to cool faster ).
