Corn bread
Light yellow tender crumb, delicious crust, this bread goes perfectly with light vegetable soups and stews. Add rye flour really improves the taste of corn bread. If the slices are dipped in egg and milk, will make a wonderful toast.

  • Sugar

  • Flour

    360 g

  • Corn flour

    120 g

  • Rye flour

    50 g

  • Yeast

    1.8 tsp

Ingredients to load in the bread maker, turn on the program "the dough"

Spread the bun dough in a baking dish, greased with butter and leave in a warm place to rise. The dough should double in size.
