Cooking
Chicken cut into portions pieces. Salt, pepper.
Meanwhile, finely chop the garlic.
The plum slices. Be sure to prune flush.
The onion straws. Put it all in a saucepan where the chicken will stew. Sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper.
Stew on low heat under a lid for 20-25 minutes.
Served with any side dish. I like the rice. Bon appetit!
