Soup dumplings with a colored
Bring more bright colors, for example, by preparing this simple, delicious soup.

Ingredients

  • Tomato paste

    1 tsp

  • Butter

  • Flour

    7 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Sweet pepper

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • The chicken legs

    1 piece

  • Turmeric

    0.25 tsp

  • Greens

    1 tsp

  • Salt

  • Potatoes

    4 piece

Cooking

Remove the skin from chicken legs, cut into several small pieces. Put in a saucepan, cover with water, put on the stove.

Peel the potatoes, wash, cut into strips. Put into boiling broth

Chop the onion, pepper and carrots. Lightly saute in butter

To prepare the colored dumplings: beat eggs with flour (salt to taste).

Divide the dough into three parts, one tint of turmeric, other chopped herbs or spinach juice, the third tomato pasta (beet juice)

Into the broth put the browned vegetables, then a teaspoon, each time dipping it in cold water, put in boiling soup dumplings. Season with salt to taste.
