Spicy, festive and magical at Christmas!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    230 g

  • Butter

    180 g

  • Dried fruits

    400 g

  • Mandarin

    2 piece

  • Alcohol

    150 ml

  • Sugar

    150 g

  • Spices

  • Jam

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

All products must be room temperature! Dried in a few hours wash, dry, chop and soak in alcohol. Tangerines clean, dry and caramelizing (two tbsp of Sugar and 20g of butter put into the pan and not stirring on medium heat bring to a state of caramel, put the Mandarin slices and fry until a beautiful caramel color.)
