I don't often experiment with first courses... But I loved it! Often buy a cabbage, and its top goes into the salad. But the part where the thickening is not so popular... And I found a way out and sent her to the meatballs. Turned out tender and tasty meatballs in soup with oatmeal!

Cooking
For soup we will need meatballs. To do this, mix the stuffing (I made it with pork), chopped in a blender Kale (the lower part) and half the onion, egg, 3 tbsp of oat flakes, salt, pepper. Mass knead well and leave for 10-15 minutes.
Then make small meatballs.
The remaining half of the onion finely chopped, carrots grate on a coarse grater. Sauté vegetables a few minutes in butter, add to the pan the beans. Fry for a few minutes, stirring occasionally.
In boiling salted broth add beans with vegetables, cereal and meatballs. Simmer until cooked meatballs. For 2-3 minutes until cooked add to the soup a pinch of curry. Soup pour into bowls and add parsley.
