Cooking
1. Prepare the pancakes. Mix all wet ingredients, then add salt, sugar and sifted flour. Stir until a homogeneous dough.
2. Bake pancakes on a well heated pan (f 16).
3. Prepare the stuffing. Arrange 3 small bowls 3 tbsp. cream cheese. Put into each bowl, 1 tbsp jam different mix.
4. Crush wafers into crumbs (3-4 tbsp).
5. Put blueberry filling on the first pancake.
6. For the filling place the second pancake and smear with raspberry filling.
7. Close the stuffing of the pancake and brush apricot filling.
8. Three roll pancake into a tube.
9. Cut the tube in half or smaller, dip the open ends in a waffle crumb.
10. Spread the pancakes on a plate and decorate with berries sauce and mint leaves. Bon appetit!
