Pancakes with mashed potatoes and tuna
Very tasty pancakes with mashed potatoes and canned tuna. Serve these pancakes can be filling, which perfectly complements their taste.

Ingredients

  • Milk

    500 ml

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Sunflower oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Leavening agent

    0.5 tsp

  • Flour

    160 g

  • Potatoes

    6 piece

  • Tuna

    1 can

  • Parsley

    5 sprig

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Butter

    30 g

  • Milk

    50 ml

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Mustard

    1 tsp

  • Sunflower oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Coriander

    1 pinch

  • Salt

    0.333 tsp

  • Black pepper

    1 pinch

For pancakes: in warm milk dissolve the salt. Add the eggs, sunflower oil TM "generous gift", to mix things up. Flour mixed with baking powder and small portions add to the batter. Mix well to avoid lumps.

Bake pancakes on a heated pan, greased with a thin layer of sunflower oil. Ready pancakes to put aside.

Peeled potatoes boiled until tender in salted water. To turn into a puree, the puree we need gentle, so it's best to break it with blender. In hot mashed potatoes add butter and milk, mix well.

Parsley finely chop, tuna mash with a fork and add to the mashed potatoes. Try, if you need something to salt, to season freshly ground pepper.

Take a pancake and apply a thin layer of the filling.

To roll tight rolls. To do so with all the pancakes.

For the filling: Mix the oil, lemon juice, mustard, salt, season with black pepper and coriander. Beat well with a whisk.

Serve pancakes watering their dressing, herbs, vegetables or vegetable salad. Bon appetit!
