Description
Palacsinta. This dish is created by Karoy Gundel and popular both in Hungary and abroad. It does not looks exquisite, but the taste is divine: nut filling and creamy chocolate sauce with a strong taste of rum. One word - need not to tell but to try.

Cooking
Raisins and candied orange peel should be soaked in rum for 24 hours. By the time dessert cooking raisins and zest to dry out, the rum and set aside — it is still useful.
Bring to the boil the cream, dissolve the sugar and add walnuts, raisins, rum, a pinch of cinnamon. Boil until thick. Cool slightly and add rum left over from soaking raisins. The stuffing is ready.
Prepare the sauce. 170 ml milk pour into a saucepan, add a pinch of vanilla and 1 tablespoon of sugar, put on fire.
Beat the egg yolks with the remaining sugar, gradually adding 30 ml of milk.

Pour back into the saucepan the remaining milk, stirring constantly, boil for a few minutes over low heat until thick. Allow to cool to warm, to enter the rum.
Cook the pancakes. Beat eggs. Add the room temperature milk, sugar, salt and again vzbit.
Add flour through a sieve (parts), stirring with a whisk, then gradually add water, stirring constantly. The amount of water is approximate, the dough should be the consistency of thick yogurt. Add the vegetable oil "Oleyna"
On a heated and oiled frying pan, pour a ladle of batter. Fry on both sides. Pancakes spread on a plate and cover with a lid. So they will remain soft.
On pancake put a spoonful of the filling, lightly spread one half of the pancake,
Fold in half and in half again.
Whip the cream, gently stir into the sauce.
Pancake triangles are browned on both sides in vegetable oil "Oleina".
