Cooking
Wisk the ingredients for the pancake dough, pour in a bit of vegetable oil "Oleina".
Greasing the pan with butter, bake pancakes.
For the sauce cook very strong coffee (based on 2 tbsp of ground coffee per 50 ml of water), strain it, pour into bucket, add 200 ml of milk.
The remaining 50 ml of milk, whisk whisk with egg and flour. Bring to boil coffee with milk. With constant stirring enter to the egg mixture, don't stop stirring boil the sauce for 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and cool completely under the lid (to avoid film).
For the filling fat cottage cheese grind with sour cream and sugar.
On pancake spread cheese mass, put the fruit (I had kiwi and grapefruit, but it can be any). Roll the pancake into a tube.
Slice the pancakes into pieces of rolls and serve with coffee sauce! Bon appetit!
