Description
Soft inside and nice crust on the outside will not leave anyone indifferent. I highly recommend to make this cake. The filling can be any. I have mashed potatoes with fried chicken meat and dill. Took the recipe from a girlfriend with Classmates.

In warm milk add sugar, salt, yeast. Mix well.
Add the egg and sour cream.
Add the melted butter and flour.
Knead soft dough, put in a warm to rise. I had the dough for 20 minutes.
Divide the dough into 2 parts.
Each piece out thinly, brush with vegetable oil. On the edge to put the filling, gently roll.
Roll the snail to shift to the form, the laid parchment.
The second part of the test to do the same and continue with the snail. Just keep some for proofing (10-15minutes). Grease with vegetable oil, sprinkle with sesame seeds (optional). Bake at 180C for 40-45 minutes.
