Cooking
We'll take everything we'll need for the pie.
Put the yoghurt in a measuring jug, add the sugar Mistral DEMERARA and whisk well connected, can blender.
In a water bath melt the margarine and pour it into the dough, stirring constantly.
Sift flour with baking powder through a sieve. Stir well with a whisk or blender.
Add vanilla or vanilla sugar. This is also to taste and desire. The dough is not liquid.
Take shape. I took silicone and just poured her water. You can grease the form. Pour 1/3 of the dough into it. Cut plums in half and remove the bone. I cut one layer of an Apple. Put as many as would fit. Apple do not have to put. Sprinkle the top with a little icing sugar or just sugar. Pour another layer of dough.
On second layer put half of the plums.
Spread on top the remaining dough. Put in preheated oven for 40 minutes at t 180C. You need to focus on your oven. The cakes tested with a toothpick.
Pulled out of the oven and give a little stand.
Took the plate and turned the cake, took shape.
In a mortar smashed 1 tbsp DEMERARA sugar from the Mistral with cinnamon, added a small pinch of black pepper freshly ground.
Through a sieve sprinkle with pie.
Cut and start to eat this yummy)))
