This casserole or pie or - pie-pie, combined two favorite in our family recipe: bulk this is a jam tart and cheesecake. What happened - judge for yourself! I can only add that the photos were made in the preparation of the second portion...)))

Ingredients

  • Couscous

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Margarine

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    0.5 cup

  • Cocoa powder

    2 Tbsp

  • Jam

    0.5 cup

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Leavening agent

    2 tsp

  • Vanilla

Prepare the products.

Prepare the couscous according to the instructions on the package.

Prepare the base. Combine the flour, sugar ( put 2 tbsp.), baking powder and vanilla. Grind good hands, it turns out that such a basis.

Divide it into two parts. In one part add cocoa and yolk of 1 egg. Knead the dough. Remove for 10-15 minutes in the freezer. The remainder in the fridge.

Prepare the cheese base. Combine the cottage cheese, couscous, remaining sugar, sour cream, egg and egg protein. Mix well.

In a deep form rolling out the parchment. Upload the dough with cocoa. Level in the reservoir. Spread on top of curd.

On top of it pour a little dough crumbs. Then we spread jam, you can take any (I have an apricot). Terminates all the layer of dough-crumbs. Put in preheated oven. Bake at 150-170 degrees for 25-35 minutes.
