Cooking
Prepare the marinade: in a saucepan combine spices, salt, soy sauce (light sauce TM Kikkoman).
Add the garlic (take the number at will), you can skip through the press. I just cut into 2 parts. Added to our mix the water and Bay leaf. Put it on the stove, and then simmer proverjaem 2 minutes.
Hot marinade let them cool
Wash the meat well, wet paper towel.
Meat put in a container (preferably with a tight lid), where you will marinate. Pour the cooled marinade, put them in the cold for a day.
After one day, the marinade is drained, the meat is blotted of excess moisture. Prepare honey-mustard coating. Just mix honey with the mustard, stir and coat the meat on top and sides, bottom is not necessary.
Close the foil, sent in a preheated 190 degree oven for an hour.
Then take it out, remove the foil, pour the released juice back into the oven for 40-50 minutes. ( during this time pour the meat juice)
Well, that is all home made aromatic and spicy baked ready!
