Description
The "secret" ingredient, as it seemed to me, to the pancakes, I came up with in 6 years. And still it is added.. But it turns out it was baked by our grandmothers... Come in, will tell :)

Cooking
Peel potatoes, grate on a coarse grater. As needed pour out the juice (I didn't need it)
The mushrooms and onions grind in a blender (you can finely chop)
To the potatoes add the meat, mushrooms, onion, salt and pepper to taste. The yeast is distributed evenly. Stir and leave for 20 minutes. The yeast does not give the splendor of the pancakes... but the taste becomes more piquant
After 20 minutes add flour, stir.
Fry on medium heat on both sides until cooked.
