Pancakes with cabbage, eggs and mushrooms
Thin and delicate pancakes with a fragrant and juicy filling.

Ingredients

  • Sunflower oil

  • Milk

    350 ml

  • Chicken egg

  • Flour

    150 g

  • Salt

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Butter

    30 g

  • Mushrooms

    200 g

  • Sour cream

    150 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Black pepper

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Cabbage

    350 g

  • Sunflower oil

    30 ml

  • Salt

  • Parsley

Cooking

For pancakes: mix milk, egg, a pinch of salt, sugar and melted butter. Add the flour, mix well.

Pour the sunflower oil.
