Cooking
For pancakes: mix milk, egg, a pinch of salt, sugar and melted butter. Add the flour, mix well.
Bake pancakes. I do not grease the pan.
Toppings: onions clear and finely chop. Fry in sunflower oil. The mushrooms thinly slice the. Add to the onions, fry.
Add the cabbage to the stuffing, fry on medium heat for 5 minutes, then cover and simmer over low heat until tender.
