Chicken with beans and Goji berries
Wow, long ago, I added recipes on the website, and have something to share. All easy to prepare and almost immediate. Goji berries are sold both fresh and dried. If you can't buy them, then you can replace the hips. It grows in all ( many). We also tried to cook and appreciated the bright flavor and the depth that the berries give the final taste of a dish.

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast

    3 piece

  • Berry

    250 g

  • Beans

    100 g

  • Turmeric

    1 tsp

  • Paprika sweet

    2 tsp

  • Garlic powder

    2 tsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Chili

    0.5 tsp

  • Cilantro

    0.5 coup

  • Sesame oil

    4 Tbsp

Cooking

Take the berries, dismantle and rinse. If replacing a rose, all the same. If using dried berries, soak.

Take the chicken Breasts, rinse well and cut into small pieces.

Sauté the chicken until half sesame oil. Add the peeled beans. Salt.

Add to the chicken spices. Smoked paprika, turmeric, garlic, and chili. Stir and cook for another minute or two.

Add berries, stir and cover. Cook for another 5-7 min. stirring occasionally.

That's all! You at the finish line. Serve the table, whip up a refreshing salad or salsa to the table! Sprinkle with fresh cilantro or dried, is also a great option.

That's how it is! Can the finished dish lightly sprinkled with Chile flakes. Beautiful and very tasty.

The dish is awesome. The opening of this summer ( for our family). Easy, rich, rich in all shades of flavors... a Terrific choice for dinner or lunch. Favorite on the table when you descended to favorite friends!
