Fried chicken gizzards
Our family are very fond of gizzards, so I want this product to change. Here came the idea to cook them with Seasoning for soup from Maggi. I really liked what happened (and not only me!)

Ingredients

  • Chicken stomachs

    900 g

  • Dressing

    2 Tbsp

  • Sour cream

    3 Tbsp

  • Tomato paste

    1 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Broth

    0.5 cup

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Khmeli-suneli

    2 pinch

  • The mixture of peppers

    2 pinch

Cooking

The ventricles boil until tender. Onion cut into thin strips and fry in vegetable oil until transparent.

Prepare the filling: mix the sour cream and the seasoning Maggi for soup. Mix well.

To the onions add the diced gizzard and prepared sauce. Mix well.

Add the tomato paste, spices and broth. The broth adjust in its sole discretion on the desired consistency of the sauce.

At the end add the chopped garlic. Mix well, slightly warm. If need be "it needs more salt" (salt in the recipe is not!!!) - adjust seasoning.
