Pumpkin on the side
I love the pumpkin milk porridge, but recently during lent had to eat in the dining room, where I took on the pumpkin side dish and did not regret about a new acquaintance with this dish. Decided to cook at home, and me and my husband liked it! Unusual, delicious!

Ingredients

  • Pumpkin

    600 g

  • Sunflower oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Khmeli-suneli

    1 tsp

Cooking

Pumpkin cut into slices, peel and seeds.

Dice a side of about 2-3 cm.

Put in a glass baking pan in a single layer, add the sunflower oil without smell, sugar, salt, Khmeli-suneli. All thoroughly and put in the oven. Bake for 30-40 minutes at 200 degrees. About the middle of baking you can mix.

Pumpkin is ready! Can be served as a garnish with pickled cranberries.
