I love potatoes, and I was curious to try it in a new combination. It turned out great - flavorful and delicious. If you fear that it will be sweet - not, to guess the presence of maple syrup, hardly anyone will, so prepare safely. For the recipe thank you i_trava.

Cooking
Potatoes wash, dry, cut into halves. My potatoes were rather large and rough-skinned, so I cleaned it and cut it into thick slices.
Olive oil, walnut oil, maple syrup, mustard, salt, pepper, rosemary and chopped garlic mix in a large bowl.
Add the mixture to the potatoes.
Put potatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer (if halves, then cut down). Bake in a preheated 200° oven until tender (it took me ~25 minutes). At the end of baking to brown the potatoes under the grill.
