Shrimp
All fans of the amazing Chinese cuisine and seafood is dedicated. Tender shrimp in a sauce with chunks of peanuts... mmm... you can pamper yourself!

Ingredients

  • Shrimp

    400 g

  • Peanuts

    100 g

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Ginger

    0.5 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

  • Soy sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    0.25 tsp

  • Water

    2 Tbsp

  • Corn starch

    2 tsp

  • Green onions

    1 coup

  • Sesame

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Finely chop bell pepper. Peanuts slightly crush in a mortar to particles were smaller. Garlic grind or very finely chop.

Over medium heat in a small amount of oil to fry ginger and garlic for 1-2 minutes. Add bell pepper for 3-4 minutes.

Add shrimp and peanuts. Fry for another 5-7 minutes.

At this time, separately mix the sauce, just stir all the ingredients. For the sauce I used Kikkoman soy sauce.

Add the sauce to the shrimp, fry for another 1-2 minutes so that the sauce thickens.
