Cooking
Prepare the dough: sifted flour, mix thoroughly with grated cheese.
Add to the dough, margarine, egg white, cinnamon, sesame flour, vanilla sugar, a pinch of salt. You can add sugar, but it is optional.
Mix well the dough until homogeneous mass. I mix first with a spoon, and then crumpling the dough with his fists. The dough does not stick to hands, as clay, soft, very well to mix.
Then roll the dough out to a thickness of 0.5-0.7 cm and cut into squares. I got 12 squares.
In the middle of each square put 1 teaspoon of jam,
And sprinkle top with chopped nuts.
Connect the ends of the box to make a neat envelopes. Put fruit wrappers on a baking sheet, covered with baking paper and greased with vegetable oil. Lubricate each envelope from the top with the beaten egg yolk mixed with 1 tbsp milk.
Bake wrappers in preheated 190 C oven for 20 min.. Baked apricot envelopes put in a bowl and serve with tea or coffee.
