Lean blueberry-nut biscuit
Thin crust, lots of toppings. In short fast, easy, tasty.

Ingredients

  • Brown sugar

    5 Tbsp

  • Flour

    1.25 cup

  • Vegetable oil

    0.25 cup

  • Water

    0.25 cup

  • Salt

    0.25 tsp

  • Blueberries

    150 g

  • Starch

    2 Tbsp

  • Walnuts

    1 cup

  • Leavening agent

    0.5 tsp

Firstly, we will test. For this mix the flour, salt, baking powder. In another bowl, combine the water and butter, bring to a boil. Pour boiling water into the flour and knead the dough. Put them in the bag and put into the fridge for 15 min.

Nuts to grind into small crumbs. To combine nuts with sugar, starch, and frozen blueberries.
