Cooking
Finely chopped onion and garlic and fry a little.
To these are added the chopped pepper and chicken breast (pre-cooked and demolished).
Rice boiled until tender in chicken broth.
This recipe uses short-grain rice for pilaf "Kuban" from the Mistral.
Rice and chicken balls are formed, which are laid out in a baking dish. Should make approximately 20 balls.
For the sauce you need to fry the flour, add the butter and then cream, stirring constantly.
You can add salt to taste, pepper and nutmeg.
Cooked sauce filled balloons, sprinkle with grated cheese and sent in a preheated 180 degree oven for 15-20 minutes, until cheese is browned.
