Rice with grilled mango and chicken breast
Dinner "Exotic amber". Amber rice on plate with fried mango, chicken breast in yogurt with curry, pomegranate seeds and a handful of grapes. Delicious. Exotic. Help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

Our ingredients are. Mango must be strong. I used for cooking rice amber TM Mistral. It always turns out crumbly.

Boil the rice until tender. Chicken breast, wash and dry. Mix the yogurt with the curry, if desired, add salt.

Place chicken breast in a container, add the yogurt curry and mix thoroughly. Leave to marinate for 30 minutes. Clean garnet.

Mango peel as a potato, cut the peel and cut into cubes. Melt in a pan a little butter and fry the mango with both parties to blush. Spread if necessary, the finished mango on a napkin to remove excess fat.

Cooked rice is tightly compacted in a small container, turn on the plate before serving to remove capacity.

Heat the oil in a pan, put the breast with sauce. Fry on both sides until pink. Cover and simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes. To pierce with a fork to check for readiness, there should be a clear juice.
