Cooking
Fillet of Turkey breast cut into small pieces and place on a lightly oiled baking sheet.
Onions, bell peppers, zucchini -finely chopped. Beans I've frozen. Tomatoes cut into quarters or whatever works for You. All the vegetables stir and put on the Turkey.
Mix tomato paste+water+sugar+salt until dissolved crystals =to cover the vegetables, sprinkle chopped cilantro, mix and put in heated to 180 degrees oven for an hour.
