Pork in Cuban
Fragrant, tasty and soft meat. Don't pass it by!

Ingredients

  • Pork

    500 g

  • Orange

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Tomato

    5 piece

  • Cilantro

    0.25 coup

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    1 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

  • Millet

    2 pack

  • Salt

From orange squeeze juice.

Meat cut into small pieces and add to orange juice. Put into the refrigerator for an hour.

Millet use in teabags of TM "Mistral". Throw in boiling salted water and boil until tender within the time specified on the package.

Meat press (not pour marinade), fry in hot oil, stirring constantly to avoid a crust, almost ready. Onion peeled, cut into small dice and add to the meat. Slightly fry the onions with the meat.

Tomato peel and smash in a blender or grinder.

Pour the meat with tomato sauce, add the remaining marinade, season with salt, add red chili pepper and simmer on low heat for 25 minutes.

Spread the millet on a plate, next spread the meat and sprinkle with finely chopped cilantro.
