Description
If you still have the egg whites and whip them for meringue or cream you are too lazy - get them on those warm winter cupcakes. Of course, you can enjoy them all year round - try different toppings and dress up for the occasion!

Cooking
Flour + sugar + baking powder + soda = mix
To the mixture + milk + oil + vanilla + salt = beat with a mixer
In the form of cupcakes to put paper molds. The dough pour a tablespoon in each cell. Then there is the filling : it can be anything, I've been doing with jam (1/2 tsp in a cell), chocolate, etc. But my favorite is Apple slices + chopped walnuts + cinnamon.

Bake in a preheated 175 degree oven for 10-15 minutes or until a toothpick will not go dry. To get out of shape and cool on rack
Now you can decorate your favorite cream, sprinkles, cocoa powder or anything your heart desires. I make homemade cream cream + powdered sugar + vanilla = beat until stable peaks. The cream should be applied to fully refrigerated products, otherwise it will leak. Prepare latte or green tea, take a cupcakes and go under a blanket :)
