Rice noodles with crab meat and vegetables
Lovers of vegetables will enjoy the option of dinner. Hearty, lots of bright flavors... with a spicy dressing. To prepare easily, eaten quickly!

Ingredients

  • Noodles

    100 g

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Daikon

    60 g

  • Celery root

    60 g

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Onion

    0.5 piece

  • Leeks

    40 g

  • Coriander

    2 pinch

  • Chili

    2 pinch

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Vegetable oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Crab meat

    1 can

  • Sesame

    1 Tbsp

  • Sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    1 tsp

Vegetable wash, clean.

Shred on a special grater daikon, carrots, celery. I did it directly over the wok.

Actually daikon is better to add it later (it is more tender), and leave until the rough vegetables and put them onion half-rings.

Pour in the oil and fry the vegetables, then add daikon and chopped garlic. Again fry.

Then add chopped and peeled tomatoes, half of the leeks, Chile.

In parallel with the vegetables will cook the noodles as recommended on the package. The weight indicated in the dry form is 2 of the beam.

My pack is recommended to boil the noodles for 2-3 minutes.

Allow to drain excess water and transfer to the cooked vegetables. Add the coriander.

Open the jar of crab meat. Drain off the liquid. I have from the company, "kingfisher".

Pour the meat in the rest of the composition, mix everything again. Turn off the heat.
