For my family tomato sauce in Georgian better than any sauce and adzhika. He is perfectly suited to the barbecue, and just to smear on bread - they are delicious. I also use it for cooking pizza. Before buying this sauce in the store, and then found the recipe on the Internet, tailored to your taste and now harvested in the winter from their own tomatoes. Cooking
To prepare this sauce I take a large pink tomatoes, as they are very fleshy. Here are the tomatoes growing in my mother-in-law)
Tomatoes wash, remove the stalk, cut hands and squeeze out seeds and juice.

Cook tomatoes on medium heat until they are well will not fall apart. (for me it took 2 hours)
Then tomatoes to cool and RUB through a sieve. The pomace (peel and seeds) to throw.
Tomato juice, put on fire and boil until the desired consistency of the sauce, stirring occasionally. 10 minutes until cooked add salt, sugar, spices, hot pepper and garlic passed through the press. Mix well and cook for another 10 minutes.
Take small jars and sterilize them along with the lids. (I do this in convection oven at 250 degrees for 10 minutes). Tomato sauce hot pour into jars, seal, wrap for the day. Then store as you would any workpiece. I did for 2 servings because the sauce uvarivaetsja and is not very much, but very tasty!
