Quiche with ricotta and spinach
Quiche with ricotta in portion ramekin in the microwave done in minutes. Due to its basis it can be easy to take along on a picnic.

Ingredients

  • Oat flour

    0.5 cup

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Potato starch

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Olive oil

    5 Tbsp

  • Water

    3 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Ricotta

    100 g

  • Oregano

    1 tsp

  • Nutmeg

    0.5 tsp

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Spinach

    0.5 cup

  • Spices

Cooking

Grind oatmeal into flour

Combine the dry ingredients for the dough

Add oil and water and knead the dough

Roll out a thin layer (1/2 cm) and put in the form. Sent in the microwave for 60 seconds at 800W. Then 2-3 minutes under the Grill. Or in the oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes

Finely chop the garlic and onion

Mix spices (salt, pepper, oregano, nutmeg), onion, garlic with ricotta. Add the spinach. All mix well.

And put in shape. Sent in the microwave for 2 minutes at 800W. If you want you can then under the grill to brown for another 2-3 minutes, but this is not necessary.

Or in the oven at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes. The output is a quiche with a crispy base
