Scones with buttermilk and raisins
Warm sweet Breakfast breads fresh from the oven. What could be nicer. These scones have sweet, but you can and varenyam or honey to grease. We uletaem them just so piping hot.

Ingredients

  • Milk

    140 ml

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Flour

    150 g

  • Sugar

    3.5 tsp

  • Cinnamon

    0.25 tsp

  • Butter

    60 g

  • Raisins

    4 tsp

  • Soda

    2 tsp

  • Baking powder

    0.5 tsp

  • Lemon peel

    1 tsp

Cooking

First, put the buttermilk. Combine milk with vinegar and leave for 15 minutes.

Combine the dry ingredients.

Add the butter. All mix well with a fork until the "sand" States.

At the end of the input raisins, buttermilk and zest.

Knead the dough, adding flour as needed so the dough no longer stick to hands. Many do not need to interfere. It would just be lumps (the oil).

Spread on baking paper on a baking sheet, forming a thick pancake. Sprinkle top with cinnamon sugar (0.5 tsp. sugar and 0.25 tsp of cinnamon). Make the incisions and put to bake at 180 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
