Chicken tandoori is a popular Indian dish of Punjabi origin, which is a marinated of chicken baked in tandoori oven. For dishes of poultry, whole or in pieces, marinated in yogurt with spices. Offer you a variation of this chicken using the grid Forester.

  • Yogurt

    3 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    2 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Ginger

    0.5 tsp

  • Black pepper

    0.25 tsp

  • Pepper Cayenne

    0.25 tsp

  • Carnation

    2 piece

  • Coriander

    0.5 tsp

  • Cardamom

    0.25 tsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

For the preparation take a small chicken, wash it and dry it with a paper towel, cut to the ridge and deployed.

RUB with salt, sprinkle with ground spices: coriander, cardamom, cloves, black pepper, Cayenne pepper (chili), ginger.

Pour lemon juice, vegetable oil, add the grated garlic and plain yogurt.
