Grilled pork in garlic-yogurt marinade
Juicy, flavorful grilled pork in a marinade of young garlic, yogurt, thick cream and seasonings Forester.

Ingredients

  • Pork

    600 g

  • Seasoning

    3 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    3 piece

  • Yogurt

    450 ml

  • Sour cream

    4 Tbsp

  • Green onions

    2 piece

  • Soy sauce

    1.5 tsp

  • Mint

    2 sprig

Meat cut into small pieces.

Company Forester offers a special package for marinating meat, which is what we use. This package conveniently pickling, it is well closed double-zip lock, easy to storage and transportation. The package is attached to the seasoning. The meat is put in a bag and sprinkle with seasoning for meat from Forester.

Add the package of chopped meat, onion and garlic.

Pour the yogurt and sour cream, add mint and soy sauce. Close the package and mix well the meat in the marinade. Put the bag in the refrigerator for 3 hours.

Fry will be on the grill from the Forester. These skewers are very durable and do not bend after stringing meat. There is a convenient handle screw, which allows to reliably fix a skewer into the grooves of the grill and does not allow the skewer to scroll.

Roast meat over coals until done.

The barbecue is ready, it can immediately serve. Especially delicious kebab with ketchup.
