Beans, baked with tomato sauce and meatballs
Enjoy delicious baked beans with meatballs. The cutlets will be juicy and tasty, and the beans, stewed tomatoes, perfectly complements them.

Ingredients

  • Puree tomato

    250 ml

  • Onion

  • Garlic

  • Butter

  • Chicken egg

  • Semolina

    3 Tbsp

Soak the beans overnight in cold water. Then boil until tender, drain in a sieve.

For the tomato sauce: garlic and onions clean, rinse and finely chop. In a pan heat vegetable oil and fry until soft onions and garlic.

Then add in the fried vegetables, grated tomatoes and simmer for 5 minutes. Pour all the beans are ready, cook for another 2 minutes.

For cutlets. Beef cut into pieces and scroll through a meat grinder. In the bowl of a blender beat butter, onion, garlic and egg. Add the butter mass to the minced beef. Season with salt and pepper and knead well minced.

Roll the cutlets in semolina and fry in vegetable oil until light Golden brown.

The cutlets put in a baking dish, put the entire beans in tomato sauce. Cover the form with foil and bake in the oven at 180 grams, about 25 minutes.
