Rice casserole with fish
The recipe is from the book "Polish recipes". Long ago I was eyeing this recipe, but somehow appropriate case fiction) and then there's the case has turned up! Prepared from the available products, delicious, hearty, flavorful casserole turned out!

Ingredients

  • Black pepper

  • Bread crumbs

Boil the rice in salted water. Drain in a colander, rinse with hot water. 1 tbsp. butter to melt, season with butter rice, also add to the rice fresh or dried parsley.

Fish fillet wash, cut into. Boil in salted water. The broth from cooking can be used for fish soup.

Tomatoes wash, use them to make a cruciform incision, dipped in boiling water for a minute, remove the skins.

Slice the tomatoes in rings.

Form of grease with butter, sprinkle with a little breadcrumbs. Put into a form 2/3 of the rice, flatten.

Spread the rice on half of the tomatoes. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

On tomatoes put the fish, season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with grated garlic.

Fish lay out the remaining tomatoes, and remaining rice. Grate cheese, mix with the breadcrumbs sprinkled on top. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes at 180 degrees.
