Soba with mushrooms and sesame seeds
I recently discovered soba and I loved her charm, incomparable taste. Soba is made from buckwheat flour and soba dishes are very popular in Japan. Today I invite you to try the soba, cooked with mushrooms and sesame seeds. Moderately spicy, tasty, aromatic dish suitable for fast days and for ordinary family dinner. Help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Soba

    300 g

  • Maple syrup

    4 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    6 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    6 Tbsp

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    1 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Mushrooms

    300 g

  • Garlic

    1 tsp

  • Sesame

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Boil soba in boiling water for 6-8 minutes (according to the manual), recline on drushlag and rinse with cold water. If no events, then you can use any thin spaghetti or other pasta.

For the sauce, mix the maple syrup (or honey), vinegar, soy sauce and red chili pepper.

Mushrooms cut into plates and fry in vegetable oil.

When the mushrooms are almost ready, add the garlic powder and cooked the sauce and cook for another 1-2 minutes.

Now add the soba and sesame. I used white and black sesame seeds.

Stir and allow to stand for 5 minutes.

Serve hot or cold.
