Baked potatoes with light sauce
This dish, from simple and affordable products, is very important for people adhering to a vegetarian diet and fasting.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    1200 g

  • Vegetable oil

    60 g

  • Coriander

    1 Tbsp

  • Lemon peel

    1 tsp

  • Garlic

  • Paprika sweet

  • Salt

  • Rosemary

    1 tsp

  • Tomatoes in own juice

    400 g

  • Pepper

    100 g

  • Vegetable oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Cilantro

    3 Tbsp

  • Tabasco

  • Green onions

    50 g

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Lemon juice

    2 Tbsp

  • Cumin

    0.25 tsp

  • Salt

Potatoes, preferably small in size, rinse well with a brush and drain. Cut into 4 parts.

Add all the spices and oil, mix well.

Bake in pre-heated to 200"C oven for 20 minutes. Be guided by your oven!

Sauce: Pepper bake and purified from the seeds and peel is very finely chopped with a knife.

Tomatoes mash them with a fork, if you like a smoother texture run the blender. Add pepper, onion, garlic (skip through the press), cilantro, and other seasonings, oil and mix well. Give a little brew.

Serve with potato or vegetable chips.
